Lifestyle Services Group - Mobile Phone Insurance

Hey all first post,

I've looked through the forumn but couldnt see the following information listed anywhere.

I have mobile phone insurance with Barclays which is a policy underwritten by Lifestyle Services Group.

I am going through the process of a claim and i have had to submit my phone to a company called SBE Limited in Ashford Kent. Like many others i am impatient and always seeking an update on the progress of my claim because i hate the fact i dont have my smartphone any more.

Having googled the company to find out more about them i have found a site where claimants who have submitted phones for repair/assessing can check its progress;

Search by your IMEI number to check its progress,

I dont know if this is the only company Lifestyle use to repair/assess phones however i do know they underwrite most insurance policys for the big banks like Barclays, Llyods, TSB, HSBC etc.

Hope the information is of use and saves people having to call that pesky 0845 number every other day looking for an update.
