I am trying to get through to a human person and I keep going in circles with the automated system, does anyone have an alternative to the 150? :mad:

Its nothing to do with the time or pressing 000?!?!, I got through but had to go via wanting to leave t-mobile as that seems to be the only department with instant customer service.
I complained to the lady about the system, and she said they recently upgraded their system and lots of people have been complaining about it and they are now revising it as it really is almost impossible to get through to someone unless you are planning on leaving, upgrades or new sales (none of which I was enquiring about) but not becasue they are busy but due to the new useless automated system0 -
what are you enquring about if you want customer services they will put you through!0
