Transfer out of KRBS

All of my previous years ISA savings are currently at KRBS they were in a 1 year fixed rate isa which matured on the 20 July. They have now been put in a direct variable cash isa and I am wanting to transfer the full amount and add this years £5100 to Aldermore.

I have applied for Aldermore and am in the process of filling in the cash ISA transfer form. Under details of transfer it requires: Name of current provider (I presume Kent Reliance), Sort Code & Account Number.
I can not find reference to a sort code for my account anywhere nor can I find an account number without any letters in it.
The only account number I can find is DIS5******CAL (* representing a number).

The sort code is irrelevant, because for all KRBS accounts it is 62-24-97.

Some providers ask for sort codes and make them a mandatory field on their application forms, which is a bit rubbish because for smaller banks/building societies there is probably only one.

    Thank you for the reply.

Any idea wether or not I should include the letters in the account number?

If there's space, yes. If not, then it doesn't matter. The account number seven digits is unique to you anyway.
