Changed OS - No sound

  • you are right. we went to dell support and entered our model number. but lo - there were no drivers for our OS. i then downloaded drivers for windows xp and when i tried to install them it threw a OS conflict and aborted :cry:

    To be honest mate, the above poster hit the nail on the proverbial. I'd switch back to XP. There is no point in having an operating system with little or no hardware support.
