Whats happened is the house price debate over on mse?

its certainly gone very quiet carol, brit have gone underground, the housepicecrash forum are devistated, look at this post on their forum.

we have a full 12 months of rises then a 0.5 prcent drop in june then a 0.6 percent rise in july and they start talking about stagnation.:D

what happened to all the talk about massive drops?

Even the ones who follow carol round thanking her have disapeared today, so have these so called house crash wishers threw the towel in?

I hope not, and if they have they should at least come back and post that they was wrong...

Perhaps they have lives? There is definitely no exciting news in one camp or another. Even I am just posting here in a rare, rare quiet moment at work before sodding off the weekend and... enjoying life.

I'm sure the fun and shenanigans will kick off once more as soon as the next bit of news is out. Nothing exciting happens in the middle of summer. Remember August 2007? Exactly.

Go and enjoy your weekend and try to do something constructive with it.

Such as learning to spell or getting a new and SLIGHTLY less tragic hobby of posting on a boring forum. NURSE!

a few hours a few days, even some of the bulls havent posted.

Carol struggled yesterday made a couple of post's and started pointing out peoples spelling mistakes.:D thats when you can tell someone ran out of valid points to debate.

I think a lot of bulls only come on here to have a debate and have a laugh at the likes of carol and britt, but when someones been kicked all over the place, even a bull doesnt want to throw sand in their oponents face when they are completely beaten.

You gotta laugh from that HPC link above.

It looks to me like there is a massive coordinated attempt by the various VIs to engineer a spring bounce by press releases and trolling popular Internet forums such as this.

This happens every now and then. Everyone gets bored and does other stuff for a bit, until an economic bombshell is dropped to stoke the fire again.
