    i think that as already been done, with halifax 0.6 post, just a shame the original one got removed...

    I tell you what graham the post on the housepricecrash forum would take a lot of beating on any forum, especially when you read some of the conspiracy theories.

    Whilst it's nice to know I'm missed...I have only been away about a day and a half. :p

    Should I post notice when we go on holiday, in case there are a barrage of threads wondering if 'I've thrown the towel in'. :D I suppose I will have done, in a manner of speaking - into the bag for when I head down to the beach. ;)

    Can I suggest that if the OP is missing discussions of house prices, economics etc, that they start a new thread discussing just that, and like-minded fellows may just join in. Or not - if they're not there. Probably worth a try. :)
