Porting Question
I've ported numbers between providers a few times, where the number from SimA is transferred to SimB, then SimA is discarded. But, is there any way of doing the same so that SimA is allocated a new number by ProviderA, such that any existing credit on SimA could still be used?
I'm 99.9% the answer will be no, since it will cost ProviderA, but figured it might be worth asking just in case.
Thanks

Correct. You can't ;-)
Porting out closes the account and you lose any remaining credit/allowances. I'm sure it's possible, but not worth the hassle for the networks so not done.0
