Thank you for that, I scanned the list of ingredients and couldnt find the MSG or hydrogenated veg oil either. Yes it may be in the granules but not in the powder... which is what I posted about!0

As far as I am aware ammonia caramel is E150c. Manufacturers have stopped using the E numbers and use the name instead as people are scared of E numbers - so just because you don't see one may just mean that they have used the name instead.0
