    · Cleaning my kitchen
    · Writing shopping list/meal plan
    · Spending diary update

Will catch up later with y'all when I'm back home xx

  • Evening all - Did more moneysaving than planned today and not intentionally
    • Had another NSD - 4 so far this month
    • Took lunch from home again :D
    • Got accepted for another Valued Opinions survey for £1 he he he I am on a roll with them now :rotfl:
    • Checked online banking and all fine
    • Checked online credit card and all NOT FINE - account had been suspended. Phoned them just now and apparently they stopped the card as somebody tried a suspicious purchase in the Carphone Warehouse for a penny! However, nothing has been taken because they spotted it and I will now be waiting on a new card with a new number. Which of course means I can't use it for at least 2 weeks probably:j so can't add anything to the debt :D. Every cloud I suppose :D
All in all a much better day than it could have been.

Have a nice DFW, MSE, fraud free evening all :hello:

Hi everyone - love your sig Wee Pilsbury, fezzes are indeed very cool.:D

My plans to take T for a big day out were a bit of a wash out today due to the carpy weather, we just popped into the Town Centre for lunch and to do some necessary shopping.

    1) Got the red bus to town as T goes free on a red one but not a yellow one. Met OH at his work and swapped my return bus ticket for our car keys so he could save a few quid on parking, plus I needed the car to go to Tesco.

    2) Took T to Pizza Hut for lunch - kids eat free at the moment so it was a very cheap lunch out.

    3) Took him shopping for school shoes and bagged him a really good decent pair for £12 from TK Maxx.

    4) Collected T's Lego Star Wars Millenium Falcon from Tesco. It was dirt cheap and he paid for it with his remaining birthday money. We had it delivered to store as it is free that way. Resisted the urge to do a shop whilst I was in there as we have enough to get by.

    5) Checked banking, quidco, did SC etc etc

Right, I'd better be off to assist in the building of the Millennium Falcon, or a certain little man might burst with excitement. :) B is home from camp tomorrow, I haven't spoken to her all week :( as she wasn't allowed her phone. Hopefully the weather has been better in Devon than here.

    Have a funky friday, L x

Fabulous - I'm sure you will look very jaunty :D.

We have Doctor Who on at the moment courtesy of I-player, whilst we are buiding the Millennium Falcon. Do you think T might grow up to be a geek?

    Today I have / will:

    Tea from freezer - done
    Lunch from stores - done
    DD in reusables - done
Lady here at moment fixing a hand and foot print we had done of DD. There was a fault when we picked it up so repairing for free! - done
Use my serviced dyson - like a brand new machine, well worth £69 would def recommend much cheaper than buying new one!!! - didn't quite get round to this ;)
Aiming for nsd first of august, Aiming to beat julys total - didn't happen. However, it was because I saw a barginous duvet set in the sale, the exact colour I've been looking for for £9.99 for a superking size - including pillowcases  Last week I took one back for a refund that I had bought that I decided was too expensive :A
Maybe list some items on eBay if dd naps this afternoon - - oops, watched cricket instead ;)
Bake a cake from stores thinking sticky marmalade and pecan - done, can also vouch for the fact it tastes nice :p
Make pud tonight with left over pastry and blackberries BIL picked on his way to work for me :T - waiting for pastry to soften as we speak

Have a good dy everyone x

Not bad for me everyone, hope your having a great DFW friday x
