We had a weekend away and came back on Tues - went to Paignton with my mum and stepdad which was lovely - lots of food:) Had my 12yr old niece with us this week, which has kept my 2 amused.
I have been reading the thread, just being very lazy and not posting - DNMS popped in to my diary and [STRIKE]nagged[/STRIKE] reminded me about the lovely small things thread...so here I am!!
Hope you're all well - the thread seems to have been busy:T

- must tidy the kitchen - I like to start the weekend with the house clean
have a great day everybody :A0 -
Just sticking my head over the wall to say hello to you all!
I'm Thom. I tried very hard last year to become entirely debt free... and got within £500 of doing so. Then the opportunity to take my ideal job presented itself, I applied and got it :j - which was great! However, it meant going back to university for a year in the mean time.
I'm now back in the world of real employment. I think I did very well to come out of the year with £5k debt, considering the mortgage and so on still had to be paid. Back on the DFW bandwagon!
Today I have:
booked a mystery shop for our meal and drink out tonight
made lunch from leftovers and garden-fresh veg :A
updated my meter readings taking £9/mnth off my direct debit :T
I'm working from home for the day and have a final university assignment to finish by 5pm. Head down for me, have a great day all...
