My daughter has had this done ( Tues) by her housing assoc, what a muck up,as the drain out side her back door started heating up,and the fumes of chlorine inside the house were un real, the guys that did this, told me that the chroline should clear within hours ?
She had emergency housing plumber call to look at it,he would'nt touch it,then water board told her to phone fire brigade, the fire officer came out to ascess, sent for engine and envioroment truck, fire fighters with breathing apparatus, emptied the contents of drain into sealed unit for collection, and fire officer is going mad as they found over 200 tablets in drain?she spent last night in A & E,till 3 am,kids and all, ( all well, but adults need checked again as sore throats etc)
Does anyone know how many tablets are suppose to be used?
She is going mad at housing,as she told them about this on Wed,but they told them it would be 3 days before someone can call!!!
And that headaches and sore throats are not considered being ill, needless to say,she is taking this further, and so are the fire service and the water board.....
I'm just glad they are safe and well :A
