yes then put Y but wasnt sure weather to hit enter or leave the Y on and reboot .
tried both pressed enter after Y but nothing seemed to be happening so i went back and pressed Y and then rebooted ????0 -

hopefully that sorted that problem out .
any ideas how i can uninstall adobe reader as ive tried revo uninstaler didn't work tried the add/remove programmes . comes up error could not open key etc.......asked me to verify i have sufficient access ive followed advice from adobe trouble shoot page went into HKEY -local machine etc and made sure i had permmision . its not worked .
i may not answer straight the was got to go bed but if you are online tommorrow i really would appreciate your help . thankyou for you help tonight0 -

You have incredimail running which is probably not helping matters
Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds:idea:0 -
hi all thankyou for your help and advice . ive had to take my p.c to the shop to be mended i couldnt even switch it on in the end . the bloke from the shop rang me after running a diagnostic on it and said my windows is corupt.:eek:0
