Norton Antivirus terrible customer service ... please help

I've had a nightmare day calling Norton.
Does anyone have a landline or freephone UK number for them please?
The numbers I have dialled are:
0800 3316014
0207 6165600
0205 6167000
All numbers get me to call centres in America and the operators are like robots!

Please help

Download, install, update and run a Quick Scan with Malwarebytes' AntiMalware. When complete, choose 'Remove Selected' if there is anything to remove and Reboot your computer.

After restart, open the program again and go to 'Logs'. Double click on the log produced for today and post the contents here.

Next, download, install and run the HijackThis Version 2.0.3 installer and use the Quick Start guide to enable you to produce a log for posting here too.

It is a trusted download site by all who use this forum. Follow the instructions above on Malwarebytes, but before running the scan go to the update tab and update first , that will save you having to run it twice. Then run Hijack this and let the experts have a look. It may take time but it's free and is usually [STRIKE]very good[/STRIKE] as good you can get.

Do the malwarebytes and hijackthis scan first, they can coexist with a resident antivirus

Whether you install avast depends on what you are going to do with norton, is it about to expire, if so run the norton removal tool, and then install avast. The link posted to avast was the free one.
