I don't agree with people running up loads of debt with the intention of not paying, but there are many shades of gray between that and finding themselves unable to pay.

There is also an argument that says that the banks should have been more careful in applying the rules - I got a 7k loan when I was severely mentally ill because someone approved me against their own rules. Or that they should take more care of paperwork, and in staying within the law.

As for 'can't be bothered' to pay it back, again every situation is different. If someone ends up where something happens so that it'll take decades to repay then is it really fair that they should live in penury for that long?

Looloo is a bit more sensible i think!. :rotfl:She wants you to be her personal shopper and she hates shopping herself. I wish i could be more like that!.

I wouldnt dare go to an auction house, i would get too carried away!. my hand would be up and down like.. erm.... an up and down thingy!.
