Just had to pay TV licence, I REALLY begrudge that, it's about time they done away with it, why should we have to have a licence to watch TV in this day & age :mad::mad: and to fund people like johnathon ross's 3m a year wages!

Numpty, one of the reasons I'm having the party is so we have an excuse for a proper meet, my 30th seemed as good a one as any.

Good evening trollbusters, been a bit busy the past couple of days - back from hols Sunday evening, had to bail the cat out of prison Monday and get my car serviced and start the European Laundry mountain. Today was spent finally drying off all the washing (it piddled down humungous amounts yesterday) and getting DS kitted out with new school uniform (little swine has grown a bit too much, thank gawd his tie still fits....) - ironing tomorrow, dental hygienist visit and the start of a major cleaning and cooking session ready for our visitors Thursday night. (Family staying for 4 days). Meals planned ready for 4 days of breakfasts, lunches, afternoon cakes and dinners for a total of 4 adults, one 12 going on 45 year old and 2 toddlers. Massive Mr T shop being delivered Thursday morning, plus bank account to reconcile and finances to sort out as it is payday. Anyway, enough of my drivel - how's you all doing?

I hope your all well and have had a good day. I also hope somebody provided the cake in the absence of Geebee! Imagine going off on holiday and leaving us all hungry!! I'm not sure who started the debate regarding the !!!!!! word, but all I can say is everyday is an education on the forum and I wish I'd found it long ago (the forum as a pose to the word, although I find neither offensive!). Ames, thanks for the invite to your Birthday party in January, but I'm up North in Edinburgh at that point in January and as I also live in Northern Ireland 2 trips in one month would have been financially impossible. I hope you have a good night and I'll try to provide some virtual drinks and nibbles. Like Borassic, I'll raise a glass red and a glass of whiskey to you, so will also be there in spirit!
