Hi , to be totally honest i DID consider this option....the only factor which put me off was the fact that there was some expensive stuff lol.
Example....there were several pairs of brand new mens shoes , designer label !
There was also , in one of the cupboards a set of those dvd players that you attach to the head rest of your car so the kids can watch dvd's whilst your driving.
In the bathroom cabinet there were bottles upon bottles of all the best named aftershaves......
To add to matters...when we initially got to our caravan on the first day the door was lying wide open...when we went to reception they casually informed us that the cleaners must have left it open that morning after they cleaned it !
If anything had went missing out of the caravan i bet me or one of my family would have got the blame lol0 -
OP, I had to complain on my last stay at Park Resorts Breydon Water (I think that was the name - in Norfolk, near Gorleston). Anyway for the whole 4 nights we were there, a collection of dogs over a fence on private land behind our caravan (on the edge of the park) literally barked for 24 hours a day without exception. It was so loud we could not sleep and my DSDs were very distressed.
Anyway, complained to reception staff, security staff and found it was an ongoing problem and endouraged me to write to customer services director. She responded with a 50% discount voucher and an apology. Wasn't after compensation and we were not planning a return trip so did not use the voucher. I just wanted an apology, recognition of the problem and reassurance that other families would not have to put up with it.
It's the only time I've had to complain to Park Resorts and I have to say it was handled very swiftly and to my satisfaction. Write to CS at Hemel and try to get the name of the manager to write directly. Unfortunately I've changed laptops since then and do not have a copy of the manager's name. If I can find it on my external hard drive, I'll PM you OP.

In there first response they have offered £50 off but i have not mentioned that in my response as they basically are not accepting anything if wrong but i hope you agree from the few photos i put on that it isn't really expectable. I have asked them to take seriously my complaint in the second letter.
Also i know that most there vouchers are off the brochure price anyway and they have better saving on the internet so it isn't really an offer of acceptance that they were in the wrong when you can get a better offer online0 -

I don't see how the park operators could do anything about this problem, it would surely affect several caravans, so they would lose several pitches if the caravans were moved.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
