    Reinstated the D/D and it's all fine!!

    Also got a call from Berks and Bucks council who work alongside Consumer Direct and pointed out the same point that Silk did (thanks again) and he's going to look into it further for me and said that the site has quite a few errors on it's terms and conditions which may mean that the cancellation period becomes 3 months and 7 days not just the 7 working days that it is for DSRs, if they state the terms. But he's looking into it and said it is worth persuing.

    And he's gonna correct Consumer Direct on teh manner cos it appears they were advising me about door to door sales not DSRs!
