are we the only ones that get crap service from them.
2 orders never turned up ,but money taken
2 more brocken before they left the warehouse.
And the custermer service is shut on the weekend on a 24 hr shoping channel.

No, ive had problems with these in the past, i stopped ordering in the end, the last straw was that i recieved a totally different product from the one i ordered, and having spent ages trying to explain to customer services, they refused to send me a prepaid label to return the item, it cost me over £7 to return it.
I have sent letter after letter trying to get a refund with no joy and its been over 6 months now :mad:Nobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission

i had problems with them last christmas sent out things that didnt work and sent out a jacket that the sleeves were abt 4 feet to long for my arms...... being luckily enough to live in peterborough i went down and created havoc, the security guard took all my details and items off me for which i got a receipt of him and in a couple of hours i had a phone call they had repaired the electrical item and gave me 2 christmas things on skis as compensation... havnt ordered since as theres nothing i want ..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,

Must admit only ordered a couple of things since they been running and no problems although the last item took sometime to come and and I found it extrodinary that 24/7 company only runs during a weekday and there customer services sounds like its in India.
I have seen quite a few posts on various forums complaining about them.
Personnely I thing most of there stuff is expensive only the other day I saw a pc with 17"TFT for £599.99 which I think is well over priced and outdated using AMD XP2000.

I agree that the prices have become somewhat inflated, when they first started out they had some great bargains and with their 90 money back gaurantee i think they were trying to give QVC a run for their money, but i've never had any probs with QVC and will continue to buy from them, however i do tend to get most of what i want now from their outlet store LOL, saves me a small fortuneNobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission

Oh! Outlet Store? Is that a physical location shop or somewhere on the net? I don't have time to watch QVC anymore, but never had any quibbles from them when I wanted to send something back for any reason, so would like the chance to buy from them again
Hope you can help rushnowt (or anyone else that knows!)Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out0 -
