Question about incorrect contract

Hello!

I recently bought a new phone and signed up to a 24 month contract. I was under the impression that it was a £30 a month contract but was pleasently surprised when my paper contract arrived through the door stating that the contract was only £20 a month.

Now my 1st bill was for £20, however my second bill has gone up to £30.

Where do I stand considering the paper contract they sent me says it's £20 per month?

Don't get me wrong, I'm happy to pay the £30 a month, but if I can get away with it being £20 would be much better!

It's with three if that makes much difference.

If you have it in writing that it is £20, then hold them to it. Send a copy to them and demand that they honour it.
