Due an upgrade next week...which model?!

Hi, I am due an upgrade next week and just looking at different models of phone and I thought I'd see what phones you guys had and liked/disliked. Any recommendations or suggestions? Ta :)

Thanks, love the 3 yr olds phone, but I think my nephew might pinch that!!

I'm going to do some investigating now....desire, galaxy....I quite liked the look of the wave (bit smaller than galaxy!)......oh decisions decisions!
