£150 for a phonecall, can I complain?

I work for an airline and had to call one of their 0844 numbers to book a ticket for my friend. Due to their errors I had to make several phonecalls and spend an eternity on hold. The calls have now cost me £150 (ish).
HELP?
Do I have grounds for complaint?

If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!

Even assuming you used a mobile costing £0.50/minute that's five hours! They must be a very good friend...0

That's very true, but I was on hold up to 2 hrs at a time. Disgusting customer service.0

Time was running out and we needed the tickets. When I got through (finally), they were as good as useless.0

I wouldn't name and shame at all on this occassion if I were you. If you are going to take this further, and try and get your money back it could lose you your job!
perhaps take it up initially with your HR deparmtment and see if they are willing to assist. Also, suggest (heavily suggest!) that they change this staff only number to a "normal" dial number (ie an 01/02 number).0
