Can anyone help me to find who I complain to about paint quality?

How many coats has he had to use to get it to cover sufficiently? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

He's had to do about four top coats over the undercoat.
Normally it's undercoat and up to two top coats...0 -
A paint ombudsman thats the funniest thing i've heard all week :rotfl: Offpaint or Paint off.
OP return the paint to your supplier then get a refund. Then buy a different brand of paint if your not happy with Dulux.0 -
Both Crown Once and Dulux Solo which are one coat paints are crap. They say only one coat is needed guaranteed. Not so, they're lying. If I had the need I'd hit them both under the Trade Descriptions Act.0

I painted the woodwork in my bedroom with Dulux gloss. I did 1 coat of undercoat and 2 of gloss. That was at easter and I have noticed that it is yellowing already but in patches
I am not a professional decorater and assumed that it was my poor painting technique but now I'm thinking it could be the paint.
Off topic I know but can anyone recommend a decent gloss. I was thinking of Crown. I'm going to have to do it all again now .0 -
I would say that all paint has gone down the pan since the eco warriors took over the asylum?!
Modern car paints are a glaring example, it might look all nice and shiny but you've only got to look at it menacingly for it to either chip or scratch. Bring back good old cellulose!0 -

I don't know if you meant it about Wickes paint being good but I tried it and found that the gloss does cover really well and it seems much better than the original Dulux finish. :T0
