Hi Dan,
The TalkTalk Online Community Team do not operate via telephone contact so we would only refer to the forum, purely on the basis that this is the only facility whereby we can exchange personal details.
From the point of registration the Online Community Team will take complete ownership of any issues raised to us, hence my advise to sue the contact us form for resolution of any registration of forum functionality issues as these are all handled within the Online Community Department.
