I spend approximately £50 per week, 2 adults and 2 kids. Stock up on basics at Farmfoods, get all my fruit and veg at the farm shop ( so much cheaper and fresher than supermarket) and then finish off at Asda or Morrison where I stock up on meat to freeze (no local butcher). Used to spend approximately £90 per week but was reallly fed up with the massive price rises of the local supermarkets and so became determined to spend a little longer shopping and getting it cheaper into the bargain.

It varies but it's costing a lot more than it used to cost.

Two of us, around £100 for a Tesco/Sainsburys etc shop and then another £50-£100 in Costco/Makro stocking up on things like washing powder, mince meat, cheese, Juice etc.

    so about £180 a month - £45 per week.
