Singlepoint new customer offers?

I have been with Singlepoint for about three years and despite all the horror stories I really haven't had any problems at all (touch wood!). In the past, they have been very keen to offer deals to retain your custom, but this year they really haven't been too bothered.

The thing is, I have seen an offer through dial-a-phone (who are linked with Singlepoint for contract management, etc.) which is exactly what I want. I have written to cancel my Singlepoint contract as they don't seem able to give me what I want (that may change in the next few weeks, but I won't hold my breath!). The thing is, I'm wondering if there will be any problems if I do continue with the cancellation and then take up a new customer offer with dial-a-phone straight after? Does anyone have any idea?

There shouldnt be any problems at all, ive done that a few times taken a new contract just before finishing the other, and at the moment i have a singlepoint contract and was looking to get the d500 so i called them asking what they could offer and as vodafone are have taken over they passed me through to them who offered me d500 £25 and 100 mins 50 texts per month for only £15 a month on a 12 month contract which was better than any deal that i had seen at the time, so it might be worth a call. My both contracts are only £15 each so i aint a high spender in there eyes so give them a call they might surprise you.
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
  • When you do a voda deal via dialaphone you don't get "real" cashback.

The free rentals are paid as credits into your airtime account, and usually the final credit instalment isn't paid until after the 12th month - meaning you have to pay them real money, and then have to stay with the contract into year 2 to get the advantage of the credit.
