can anyone advise me as to why I should not take TalkTalk to the small claims court under the 1982 Services and Goods Act for not excersing a reasonable amount of skill an care on their side of the agreement?
if not, I will issue my summons next Monday 18/9/2006, will keep you posted.
What ever you do keep paying do not break your side of the terms.
Any advice welcome.
Thanks in advance

I have had problems with talktalk. Now managed to get it working and talktalk is refunding all money to me that I wasted on useless calls. They did contact me ( 4 weeks after my original complaint ) and the guy who dealth with my claim was very quick to respond and agreed to all my reasonable 'demands'.
Have tried to reason with them and did you give them enough time to sort out the issues? I would only coonsider a court action if you are sure you have given them the chance to sort out the problems.0
