I've been searching around on here but need some help finding a calculator or spreadsheet for offset mortgages. Can anyone recommend one?
Evening Jellie! :j
Hope you had a good day?
While searching for you for an offset calculator, I found the path below that should take you to a sticky called offset Mortgages The Numbers... I had a quick look into it, and the guys in there are on top of their game, so I am sure they will be more than happy to help you.

Hope you find the answer you are looking for...

Thanks welshlady33 and froggy for the links.
They should help me get my head round some realistic targets and work out how I'm progressing.2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
Hi Jellie,
I loved our wedding so I look forward to reading about your plans. I loved ours so much we are planning an anniversary party for the year after next (will be our 7th anniversary, so a bit random but had to wait to be DF and then we have a friend marrying at that time next year so a long wait for my party)
If you are organising it yourself, organise someone to be the on the day organiser (I did this for our friends recently). It meant I ran around looking for extra knives, harassing ushers into clearing tables, finding Great Aunty Flo for her place in the photos, getting glasses of water for the bride etc, rather than the bride and groom or their parents getting stressed. They were very happy I did this for them (the usher I handed a bin bag to and told to go clear up the tables was less happy).

Thanks Katsu. Sounds like a great idea to have an on the day organizer. I'm hoping the day will be quite laid-back so I don't get stressed. My family are pretty good at helping out on days like this so I might assign them roles. I think the worse bit will be keeping up with the tea drinking and related washing up! Am thinking of having some sort of urn and teaching people how to use the dishwasher for when we get back to our place!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0

Lots more decluttering to do today. About 10 bin bags worth for charity shops ready to go. We'll have to pay to park as it is too much to carry up!
I'm steadily scanning in my folders and recycling the contents. It's going slowly but surely!
Starting to get to the point where I can't do much more in some rooms until OH has time to go through his stuff.
I can't wait for everything to have a proper place in here.
I'm really behind on cleaning due to the decluttering so will hopefully join flylady for the week!
Let's hope it is a productive day!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -

Hello Jellie.... I'm with the girls (and Froggy!!) I love the first dress..... Not as meringue as it could be!!!
I knew someone last year whos getting married next weekend. The recession never really struck with them and I overheard them saying their wedding was going to cost £30k  My first one cost about £200The second wont happen as DansDad is too chicken to ask permission from me ma
I felt like saying to them the life is important the day is just the start!!! Am I grumpy or what!! Its just coz I'm at work and we've just run out of milk and I'm winding my way through a box of celebrations and too cowardly to go to TPA's weight loss thread!!

Thanks saving holmes. I hope you had a good holiday.
Hi Dansmum! It is so easy for the costs to skyrocket so you did amazingly well on your first! As you say the marriage is the important bit.
You made me giggle about avoiding the weight loss thread! I have struggles maintaining my weight at times which tends to annoy most people! Don't think I'll have many takers if I need to start a weight gain thread at some point!2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
Ah yes well you see, you're already gorgeous in those dresses, so you dont need to lose any weight. I, however, would look like a space hopper and wouldnt try itMFW 2011 No. 161 £946.54/£2000 TargetApril 9/15

I'm sure you're exaggerating there!
Have been running around today taking things to charity shops etc. Am finally starting to see some results from all the decluttering and am motivated to get more done. Need to go to the tip tomorrow and then I can get started on some cleaning as I should be able to see the floor!
Still trying to mainly cook from store cupboards. Trying a new chicken recipe tonight. Need to get a couple of leeks but everything else is already sorted. Am quite enjoying the challenge!
Hope everyone is having a good day x2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0
