    My dress cost £149 last year :D Just promise you won't go and try on anymore!

    Hi! I'm afraid I wasn't the techie on Lewis lane but I'm not too bad with techie stuff and will help where I can!

    Thanks. I promise that 2 is more than enough! I tried quite a few and looked at more so I'm happy that I won't find better for the price. Hopefully I can resell them after. Although I might get the second dyed to reuse it!

    Just under a year to go. I wanted to get the dresses in the sales now to spread the wedding costs out a bit! They'll need altering nearer the time anyway.
    I've also got my tiara and veil in the sales.
    I'm keeping an eye out for shoes.
    I'm also looking at Save the Date cards- possibly getting freebies from vistaprint.

    How is the 1 debt in 100 day challenge? I miss it but it was too tricky keeping up with savings while we were moving and setting up the new accounts. Might rejoin the next one.

    Hi Jellie. Welcome, and well done on getting not one but two gorgeous dresses. As long as you are happy that is all that matters. Good idea too to spread the costs over the time scale you have as it can all creep up towards the end. I unfortunately was not money savvy when we got married, but wish i had been.

    So when are you aiming to be MF - i read it as 2010?
