Eezi TV? on Orange PAYG

Hi there

I've just had a text, LIMITED OFFER-orange users spending £15 month on top ups & hold a debit card GET UNLIMITED FREE CALLS to 4 people Offer ends today to register reply YES eezi tv.

I thought initially this was from Orange but obviously not. Has anyone heard of this company & how come they can offer services from Orange?

I've just had the same text and brings to mind an old saying "if it sounds too good to be try it probably is". The fact that you have to have a debit card and sign up for it today worries me.

anyone else got any more info on this?

Orange prepay have 'Magic Number', but that is a free of charge deal, upto 5 numbers can be added.

i recived this this morning on my orange phone and it looks dogey (to me) as you have to have a debit card to sign up

I got the same thing on my mobile a few hours ago and deleted it. Even supposing it's not dodgy, they probably would ask for your debit card number and the mobile numbers of the 4 people to whom you're making the "unlimited calls". I Googled "eezi.tv" and, apart from this MSE forum thread, got the following three items (the blue headings don't paste) but haven't visited the sites and probably won't. The fishy theme at the end seems very appropriate. ;-)
