'New Posts' and MSA

Am I right in thinking that on the old site...posts in the MoneySavers Arms were not included in the 'New Posts' thingy.... 
Yet on the new site they are......
Just wondered why...as most of them are twaddle... Oooh sorry, did I say that? I really meant 'wonderfully inspiring thoughts'
