You will require a handset with built in GPS or aGPS for best results. Nokia now offer free navigation with their suitable handsets, and there is a turn by turn facility for googlemaps on android :j
I use Sygic 10 on mine, paid for but worth it, I also have a seperate TT1, using navigation on a handset hammers the battery so not recommended for constant useage.0
