    I cant find him on the register but its not always 100% accurate
    Ministry of Justice Public Register of bailiff on 020 3334 6355
    I am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

    I would SAR them and specify that you wish times and dates of visits and by which bailiff, then we might be able to question their charges.

    Thats if they are thick enought to put down same days for each liability order.

    i would also ask them for a copy of the levy for liability order dated: 11/1/2007 plus also what is an Enforcement fees: £127.50

    Maybe halowitch might have an suggestion that Im barking up the right tree.

    there are a few levy fees and enforcement fee that need to be challenged
    including visit fees
    by the way there is no such thing as an enforcement fee
    they call it an enforcement fee it is in fact a van/attendance fee and this can only be charged if there is a valid levy in place
