OK - now I'm confused

On Orange bill 1, I was charged the correct line rental, but I was charged £1.50 "Billing Charge" which I assumed was itemised billing, although I didn't get an itemised bill. All the calls and texts came out of my included mins/text allowances.

Bill 2 arrived this morning. Again the line rental is correct. I've been charged the £1.50 "Billing Charge" again, even though I haven't got an itemised bill.

I didn't use all my free minutes, but for some unexplained reason some of my calls have been billed for. I've checked my history and I've only called landlines and mobiles on it, all of which should be covered by the free minutes. I don't which calls I have been charged for, as there is no itemisation.

And I've still got the bloomin' picture messaging on that I don't want.

Tried to ring them, but guess what - it's busy
Here I go again on my own....

I have 3 or 4 friends at work who have Orange phones and have been genuinely shocked at how long they have to wait to speak with customer services.

ring the freephone number 0800 079 5000, they answer that within 10 minutes. Not much use when they do answer though !
  • Recently I went on holiday to Oslo and wanted to ensure I had roaming access there so gave Orange a call. Ninety minutes later finally spoke to someone who comfirmed that I did, the actual vocal part of the call lasted less than twenty seconds.

My contract runs out shortly, I hope they can give me a good upgrade to encourage me to stay, their CS certainly isn't doing it.
