HTC Desire or Wildfire?

what one should I go for?

I'm due an upgrade on t-mobile (well ... I've been due an upgrade for 6 months) and I was waiting on the Desire. I'm now kicking myself because I never went for it in the first couple of weeks when it was £10pm. I was waiting until the price came down a bit.

Now we have the Wildfire. I really prefer the size of the Wildfire but I'm not so keen on the slower processor.

I'm not taking cost into account right now, just trying to finally decide on a phone before I go on holiday in Sept since the hotel has free wi-fi I'll be posting pics on facebook, etc.

Desire - just about as good a phone you can get. I wouldn't swap mine for anything...
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Make sure your internet settings are right to avoid any apps giving you bill shock!

There's no competition really. It has to be the Desire out of those two.

The processor is much faster and the screen is far better.

The Desire is a top end phone while the Wildfire is a mdi-range one. I'd only go for the Wildfire if cost was a major issue.
It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die

I went for a Wildfire, Overall cost was the issue, but if I had the money would have gone for the Desire. I've tried both in the shop and the processors was not that slower running single apps, but running more than one app does have an effect on performance, but that's no biggie.

The big sacrifice I found was the screen size, everything seems a big squashed on the Wildfire, where as on the Desire it seemed more naturally spaced out, but I couldn't justify an extra £150ish for that reason.

totally agree with that, if cost wasn't an issue I would have gone for the Desire too.

Got the Wildfire and am more than happy with it though for what I am paying.
Hark at you going all strict :D
