Any email where you agree to the terms?

Turning up and starting work is evidence enough.

Grammar and spelling are clearly not a requisite for higher education these days...! None of the grads at my workplace can string a correctly punctuated sentence together either! blaz, I hope you get your problem resolved, but brush up on your grammar before you apply (in writing at least) for any more jobs! In particular, google "apostrophe". :D

So this means the OP has grounds to make a claim his unpaid work? Using a personal USB stick didn't appear to be unacceptable within his terms and conditions of employment...

Anyhoo, i think the OP should take this as a life lesson and move on from it

Can I just say i didnt break any company rules by taking the work home with me ... i never agreed to or signed any kind of IT policy, nor was there any verbal warnings about doing this. I told him on the phone I took the files home to work on them over the weekend.

Ok well firstly "blaz" is the start of a new sentence so its a capitol letter, its also a name so should "B"laz as is "G"oogle. :P

But thank you i hope to get sorted, but itll probably end up as a learning curve. :(

    Or even a capital letter!

Capitol is the seat of the U.S Congress or a temple in ancient Rome :rotfl:

Yes, as I have stated above!

However, I would wait to see if SarEl (a specialist employment barrister) responds with more information on her counter-sue concerns.
