  • I'm sorry I spoke, This is not a joke I was just wondering why someone would make a false statement like that, and was thinking about the proverb “ what Peter says about John tells you more about Peter’ going on the assumption made about my situation it’s looks like most people have also made me question that proverb.

Please be aware, I have not included everything here as the main so-called witness has done made false allegations before in a different department and my line manger has also has also been subject to a harassment charge before and that’s why it has taken her a while to become the grade she is. Some of the things a mention will be my evidence but I will state them in a professional manner. Here is a another proverb “ when dealing with a monster be sure not to turn into a monster”. It is very easy to fight back and for people to get confused and wonder who the real victim is and I think form the he replies I have had clearly demonstrated that. In some ways I wish this post was a joke but I can assure you this is not a joke I can’t go into everything here but please be sure I am the real victim and only found out about this subject a couple of days ago. Below I will try and most question quickly as I’m on my lunch break and I’m in the library and that where I posted my original post and from so I was in a rush.

I have done a EIA for the department so I do know they are Asians.
I was trying to find out why someone would mention a persons colour in a fake statement.
I mentioned my Blackberry just so that you will be aware I’m limited to what I could type also I waiting for my appointment to see my asthmas nurse, please be aware that a person can die within 15 mins of an asthma attack and that why I was cleaning my colleagues’ desk.
I only mention about the cleaners as I thought she thought I should be one too.

I did not what to add everything as I know one of my colleagues is a fan of Martin Lewis. Previously I only had limited assess to the internet which was via the library and I thought it would be pointless creating my own post as I would not be able to reply in a timely manner.

Could someone please tell me how to either delete this post or edit it as this post is causing a lot of fiction and nobody has answered my other questions?

I think you need to look at your proverbs and apply them to yourself! It is you that is gossiping, and you sound like an absolute monster to work with.
    Gone ... or have I?

    Edited, this thread is excellemnt.

First off OP is under a racial attack, now OP has astma, and could die in 15 minutes. I await the fact his granny needs 24 hour care, the wife is disabled and they have a poorly child.

Surely OP must have realised there would be dust in a cleaning job? Mind you, I once had a cleaning job where my client always cleaned before I arrived so I wouldn't see her house dirty!!!

I may not be understanding this correctly because your posts are quite hard to read and follow, but from what I can see the only person referring to race here is you. I don't understand why you feel the need to state on more than one occasion that everyone else in your office is Asian? Just because you have issues with people in your office (whether your fault or not) who happen to be of another race does not make you the victim of racial discrimination! It seems to me that it is you making the connection between you being black, you cleaning a desk and the cleaners in your office being black. It may be that your colleague was rude when they asked you to clean their desk but there is certainly no evidence that this was done with any racist intent.

I could be wrong but I read the OP's post to state that she wasn't a cleaner; although she does seem to contradict herself by saying in the first instance that she is the only black person in her office before going on to state that 95% of the cleaners in her office are black?! OP if you aren't a cleaner and dust makes you seriously ill then why on earth are you disturbing it by cleaning it yourself and potentially putting yourself at risk?
  • YOU cleaned someones desk when it could have KILLED you

go down the health and safety route mate , not the "i am black so i will win " route

sounds like a tall tale to me ................................

My asthma is triggered when its airborne so cleaning dust with a face mask is not a problem. however, if a fan is switched on then I could have problems.

The cleaners are not employer by my employers, they are from agency. I hope this clears things up.

Could someone please tell me how to either delete this post as it is causing a lot of fiction and nobody has answered my other questions?

I just think you're being over-sensitive here. If someone made false allegations and they're not true, then just IGNORE them. Unless there's any evidence, then nothing will come of it.

I cleaned my colleague's desk at work once, as it was a mess. Someone else then asked me to clean theirs. As I'm the only girl in the office, does that make it sexist??? Nope, I'm just much more efficient at desk cleaning than they are, and it was a good distraction! For the other guy that asked, I picked up the bin and pretended to swipe everything from his desk top into it - he then cleaned it himself!

Just chill out, get on with your work, and ignore them. It's nothing to do with skin colour, they probably find the whole asthma thing amusing, and the fact that you quite clearly get so over-sensitive about it. If you laughed it off and didn't react, they wouldn't bother.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
  • OMG, you guys were right is was not racial discrimination. The false allegation about me wanting a black manager was from a black women who works for a different department and has just come back from a career break and she does not have a fixed post. I could not believe she would do this to me as I hardly know her. When I left the interview my asthma was so bad. I hope she reads this post as i have seen her on it a work, please feel free to say what you think of her. Please note that one of the Asian women did make a false complaint about me but if was obvious that they knew she was lying as she has already repeatedly lied about me before and I have proved my innocence previously and this women keeps on doing. Also she got the wrong date , how stupid is she?
