Hi folks,

The forum wil lbe taken down for software upgrades this Thursday, 5th August 2010 for approximately two hours between 10am and 11:50am.

Just so you're aware, there will lbe no hardware changes tomorrow, only software and when we return, there will be a slowdown across the Forum for a short time while the caches are refilled. If you experience difficulties or glitches beyond the first 30 minutes, please report them here.

As always, we'll try and keep disruption to a minimum.

Didn't want to start a thread but, since around midday today, the site has gone donkey-slow.

ETA. Logged back in at 2pm and speed seems to have returned to normal.

Let's see who's the first to complain that this is the worst possible time to take the site down for maintenance.

    Hi there

POsts appear to be going missing, for example I received the below email to advise me of a new reply however upon replying the post has gone completly, if its been removed by admin there is no information, there was certainly nothing in the post to make it need removing.

This has also happened with my own posts but no one has gotten back to me yet.

    "Hello richardc1983,

    Um, yes you can:

Perhaps providing a little more detail of the problem you are experiencing would be of more use for resolving it.
