Ordering BT BRoadband

looking for some advice, I want to take BT Toital Broadband,
however, when making the order online, I want to get as much free stuff as possible, however, the BT lkine here is in my parents name, and as I live there I wanted the broadband in my name.
Is not not possible to order to bt broadband in my name?
Can I not apply for the free Hub Phone, or is that because it's linked to the Account Holders bill?
