    ok so if i go to step three next week, it will be easier too cause i have more food choice. although i don't quite understand do i have a shake and a breakfast? and a shake and a dinner?

    I'm used to having a shake before i go to bed, do i cut that out?

    It's going really well Pap, I passed the year with an A average :) would have been an A1 if it hadn't have been for a stupid B I got in one essay. It's lovely to have a break though, I've got a few weeks off now thank god. Those 13 hour days kill me lol.

    The kids are all great and hubby is too, he's been away for most of the year which has been horrible but we need the money. Being down to one wage has hurt lol.
