Thanks girls (Froddington and Soapie) for the thoughts and hugs.

Got quite a few lovely hugs yesterday while saying my goodbyes to the nurses on the ward - they were SO sweet, saying they'll miss me etc. DH had been in there nearly 11 weeks and was quite settled on the whole, so I too had begun to feel like one of the family (and, I know some of the patients thought I was staff!) I really had that end-of-term feeling when I left. Well, I had visited almost every day. Am planning to cut down a bit now - maybe 4 or 5 times a week?

    Anyway, I'm off for HHC from 1015 - 1045

    Anyone else?

Then still go visit when you have a moment. I'm sure you brighten up their day xxx

    Thanks also kazmeister!

HHC was a bit of a disaster - ended up sitting on the spare bedroom floor, going through boxes of sewing stuff, looking for a half-completed patchwork quilt which I thought I could finish for DH's room. Can't find it - surely I can't have put it in the attic? On second thoughts, might be in the back/bottom of my wardrobe - will see tomorrow.

Anyway, am just going to do a bit of a binbag shuffle, as I know some of these sewing projects are NEVER going to be finished (not by me anyway) so can go to CS, compost heap or tip, depending on what they're like!

    Morning All

First job of the morning is sorting out my clothes - I've already started and I've got half a big bag full. I'll ssee if my mate wants any of it first and then they can go to the charity shop. I've already got 3 bags for the CS - I really must try and go over the weekend or at least the start of next week.

G&B - hugs for you and yours.

Winchelsea - sounds like he'll settle in well there - hugs for both of you.

Piggers - hope you've managed to get some rest.

That's about the limit of my memory - I'm sure my brain's gone into sleep mode since I started my holidays.

Right - back to my bedroom shortly

    Have a good day all

    Hugs
