It's also my DS1's 20th birthday today!!
I have done minimal flying - decluttered another bag of magazines to freecycler, and some washing up.
We finally managed to get over to see my father, and my sister and her family. I picked up my car from the garage, but noticed a horrible clunking noise on the drive home, so took it back - apparently caused by it being up on ramps overnight - something on the suspension, they cleaned, oiled and greased, and it was okay (so why didn't they do that before instead of panicking me???).
We were very late by then, so ended up going to my father's late afternoon, and visited my sister for dinner rather than lunch. We had a lovely time, but didn't get back here until 11.15 pm, and I'm so tired today!
The birthday boy and teens are off to the cinema to see Inception this afternoon, and then we're going out for dinner.
I think I'll flutter a bit and then go into town to get the few things I need for holiday. It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
