    Hya all,
My first week was not a complete success. But I think something struck a chord and I have continued lurking. There are so many positive comments about one of my most hated activities - I am starting to feel enthused. Still not quite achieving level one, but getting some very needed decluttering done.
    Thanks

Thanks for the update Greenbee - fingers crossed it works out as you want it to xxx

Have dysoned the living room. Cleared and cleaned the kitchen. I am now having a swift glass of cheeky white wine before I take the dyson into the kitchen and suck up all the bits off the floor...

    Evening all,

Flying done here and at Nana's. Nana's = DW loaded and unloaded, kitchen cleared. Here = one load of washing folded and in the basket waiting to be put away (I ran out of energy at that point), one load taken off the line and put in TD as it looked like it was going to rain.

Good news is, I can collect my car at 12.00 tomorrow :j(a day earlier than expected), and as we have a baby naming ceremony at 11.30-12, and the food part isn't for another half hour and it's in the same neck of the woods, Moon will give me a lift there in the middle. Almost good news, is that it will cost £385 not over £430 as I thought, so that is £45 less of a blow. Still lots of money though. Got to send off for a new driving license this month too (another £20).

Froddy the only days I've got anything booked in next week, are Thursday (a makeover to try out wedding makeup at Benefit - 10am in Chichester) and Friday (dentist appointment at 10.30 which should only take about 15 minutes maximum, and it's literally just down the road from LadyL, but don't know if you're superstitious, as it's Friday 13th). So, I could really meet up any day as long as it were say 11am onwards.

greenbee I'm pleased that you've found a man now. Is the doogie yours or are you looking after your parents' dog again? Quickly make a list of all of the DIY jobs you need doing whilst he is still trying to impress you with his many skills! ;)

Lovely to see you posting LadyL - was thinking of you each time I passed this week on the way to my M&D's. Yes I'm always on the end of the phone if you need me at any time!

Well I'm off to watch Holby now, so hugs to all.

    sexymouse xx

ETA Good luck for tomorrow pigpen - hopefully the tiredness is a good sign that things will get going soon.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

well - good news. DD1 has had ME for nearly 5 years. The last 3 have involved intermttent bouts of stomach pain -about which one GP said 'it's your age - you'll grow out of it!'

One member of the consultant's team referred her for a scan:-

and they found a 5cm ovarian cyst!!!!!!!!!!

this is the first test in 5 years that has come back anything but normal!

They want her back again for another scan in 10 weeks - which may result in a referral to gynae - but at least

WE NOW KNOW WHAT THE CAUSE IS!

DD1 has never smiled so much whilst in the hospital!

And to make my day I lost 2lb at slimming club and got slimmer of the week!:T
