**Update time**
I got my payslip from work today - And a nice little surprise in it too :j
I have been doing a little overtime recently and I got nearly £200 extra in my pay for the month so that is going to be thrown at My Pink Friend's bill.
So I am hoping to have my Pink Friend clear by Christmas as I know I will be getting a little extra next month too but not as much as this month - BUT every penny counts :T
Off on holiday as of Friday for 2 whole weeks and off to Poland in a couple of weeks and no need to go for spending money as I brought quite a bit of money back when I was there in June

I got a lovely surprise from BOS today - They were wanting upping my credit limit to £2250
Have just changed my credit limit online to what it was - don't need any more temptation thank you very much Mr BOS!!
The way things are going I should have my Pink friend paid off within 5/6 weeksThen its full steam ahead for the house savings and hopefully 2 years and I will be in a place of my own to call home

Hiya missy!
Just wanted to say thanks for coming to meet me for lunch when I was off work sick - I was going stir crazy in the house
I had a quick question about your VSP challenge as I'm hoping to start it when I pay off the last of the pesky debt. I had a quick skim over the first post and it looks like y'all transfer money to it every Friday, rounding down to the nearest £10. How does it work if, like me, your bank doesn't let you transfer under £1.....would you transfer over a full £10+pennies?
I like the idea, all information/suggestions would be lovely!!

Transfered £260 from my online betting account (God I love speedway betting!!) at the end of last week in anticipation of my speedway season ticket renewal application coming in - it arrived today, so between that and a bit of other money I have been able to pay for that in a oner instead of asking mum and dad to sub me until January as I have done the last few years!
My pink friend is going to take a hit on Friday  - Take That tickets go on sale and I WILL be going to see them again
Payday on Thursday - a busy month ahead so will really need to be on the ball with my monthly budget

I enjoyed lunch that Monday it was lovely and great to catch up
What I tend to do with my VSP is keep a note of the silly pence (my bank account doesn't let me transfer less than a pound either) and transfer it over the following week - some people round down more than once a week, I tend to round down on a Friday as its the end of the week.
I am planning to set up the 2011 thread at the beginning of December - will let you know when it is done and you can come and play too!!
