Well I am back on the Debt Free trail.
I became debt free in February 2009 and started to save for a place to call my own.
In March this year I used my house savings to buy a new car as my old one was beginning to cost me a fortune in repairs.
I used a couple of months savings for different bits and pieces - an SLR camera for a college course I was doing and an iphone
I was able to get a credit card 9 months ago and now sitting with a total of £1000 :mad:
Thankfully it is not maxed out but it has £1000 to much on it!
I am taking charge of it NOW before it gets out of control again.
I am still going to save for my house but at the minute I am putting about half of what I really should be able to put away in savings - I am also going to put away my babysitting money and pay off the card ASAP. Would love it to be gone before Christmas
So that is what is going on in my financial world. I will keep this diary updated as much as possible for my motivation more than anything.

What a horrid day
Firstly it rains and the speedway gets rained off.
Secondly my TV has died a deathI will be using my Pink Friend (AKA The Credit Card!!
) I have reserved a new TV from Argos and just have to go pick it up tomorrow sometime.
OH I did buy my Iphone at the end of June and found a great app for keeping track of your bank accounts - it is easier to use than writting thing down in a spending diary and although it cost £1.79 it has been invaluable already.
No other news to be had.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Further to yesterday's post I will be using my Pink Friend to pay for my new TV today - HOWEVER I have a Virtual Sealed Pot and I have transfered £125 from that into my bank account and when it hits my bank account it will then go directly to pay the amount from my credit card so the balance will not increase any

Hi all!
Not been on here for a few weeks properly to post.
So the update is as follows:
~ I thought I had longer on my 0% APR but unfortunately I got it wrong - it has now ended it was only 9 monthsI am now getting charged interest but I am paying off quite a bit so it came down by £10 this month.
~ I have started paying back into my VSP again so if needed I will be able use that to pay the final part of my CC if needed.
~ I received my 1st mobile bill after changing to my iphone tariff and was pleasantly surprised a whopping £17.29!!:D:D I have never in all the year of having a mobile phone had a bill that low ever so the excess from that will be added to my CC payment.
~ Still loving my accounts app on my phone and I have managed to keep things updated and it all corresponds with my bank accounts
~ Only 5 weeks until I am on holiday :j:j can't wait having 2 weeks off and heading to Poland again the middle weekend - Shouldn't need to go get much currency as I brought back loads from my trip in June :T
That's all I can think of for now
I will update soon I promise

A bit of a spend today as I decided to buy myself a wireless printer.
The one in the house attatched to my parents PC somehow stopped working when they got a new PC and its driving me crazy not being able to print things. The one I have gone for is this one - funny thing is it was £119.99 in Store and £149.99 in Tesco direct! Don't get it but at least I got the cheapest price for itIt also had a iphone app to transfer directly from the iphone to the printer :T
Paying for the printer I have used my salary and not my pink friend
Other money news - My pink friend is now under £1000
Oh and going to see Diversity and Hairspray at Christmas:D
