Faulty phone

Hi,

I bought a SE x10 mini pro about 3 weeks ago and it is not fit for purpose - won't connect to the browser, facebook, email etc when using data connection, or is very slow.

I have contacted SE to request a refund but wondered where I stand with my consumer rights.

The company I bought is from, handtec, detail to contact the manufacturer for any faults after 10 days

Thanks

you entered into a contract with the place you purchased it from so it should be them who sort it out, although due to its nature it may have to go back to the manufacturer for a repair. As its less than 30 days you should be entitled to an exchange.

I had the same issue with a black berry that was hopeless on the net & I should have taken it to the shop to check another phone to see if they are any good.
