  • Thankyou both, lots to think about there. Think we'll go ahead but use a lettings company to help with the practicalities - vet tenants etc. I've heard good things about Countrywide, anyone know any different or can recommend another?

We use a local agent who have been very good. I know what people mean about problem tenants etc that is why you have to weigh up all the pros & cons before making a decision.
