o2 and digital TV

I am currently with O2 for my landline and broadband and so far have found them to be very reliable. We currently spend £10.50 a month with SKY for 4 entertainment packs and SKY+ , but this was only a 6 month offer when I phoned up saying I was considering leaving due to cost and the fact that we spend little time actually watching TV.
As this offer is due to run out soon I was wondering if anyone knows if o2 have got anything planned to introduce TV to their packages?
I am going to try and renegotiate with SKY but I am not hopeful as they have already given me 6 months reduced subs so am looking at alternatives, any insights would be most appreciated

To my knowledge O2 have no plans to enter the TV market.
If you tell us what channels you watch most often we can tell you your options.0 -
02 already do offer TV but in the czech republic

I do know that they certainly ARE looking at the possibility of it in the UK, after all, they now offer landline and ADSL, so TV is the next step. But not this year, or even the next I would say, so stick with SKY for nowCC limits £26000
Long term CC debt £0
Total low rate loan debt £3000
Almost debt free feeling, priceless.
Ex money nightmare, learnt from my mistakes and never going back there again, in control of my finances for the first time in my adult life and it feels amazing.0 -
There's no delivery system in place for 02 to supply TV services. Unless they're thinking of some kind of on-demand system akin to BT Vision (I hope not).No free lunch, and no free laptop

Thank you all for your replies, I didn't think that there was anything on the horizon but thought it was worth seeing if anyone knew. Looks like we are gonna have stick with sky for the time being.0
