OP did you pay for it at the time? To me that would be acceptance that it was OK. (I wonder if that would be the case legally though)

Freda normally cuts my hair. If she gets it wrong, she gets 6 of the best. To date, Freda has been rather fortunate.

I have just read your post and exactly the same thing has happened to me, my hairdresser has completly butchered my hair.

I have since gone online and have some clip in hair extensions. I got them from online from Pukka Hair Extensions .co.uk. They are great and blend in so well with my natural hair. I am really pleased with them and I can wear them whilst my natural hair is growing.

I would highly recommend doing this as I was considering having pre-glued extensions put in but I hear that these can ruin your hair.
