6 hour roasted pork today, I do tend to have it a lot don't I :think: but it is my fav roast and the roasted pork I had on holiday on Thursday was not a patch on mine, so I need to have it done properly :cool: shall be sticking it in at 11.30am

Jo as usual your dinner sounds yummy,I have been wondering what I can cook in the shortest possible time with the least effort.
Life quiet and peaceful here,went to an open air showing of the Mama Mia film at a local stately home Friday night,was packed had fun dancing and singing,Much more enjoyable without any alcohol,dread to think what I would have been like when I was drinking.:eek:
