morning/afternoon everyone.
Was AF all weekend but have caught a cold so feel really tired today, with a sore throat and tickley cough. Hopefully it'll be gone soon but I am tempted to have a granny nap this afternoon for 45 mins.
I'm beginning to feel really positive about the AF thing, knowing I'll feel fine in the morning (or of I don't knowing it's not because I drank too much). I have also lost a pound in weight, not entirely due to no alcohol I'm sure, but no doubt it's helped. I think maybe that deciding not to drink has also made me decide to eat better and get more sleep - to look after myself more.
((hugs)) to you 40SM, it's hard to say goodbye to our kids even for a short while. I remember the first time mine went away on a residential - longest week of my life!Trying to keep in budget.

Waves to everyone
Sorry for disappearing the last few weeks. I found out I'm losing my job end November which was a week before my 2 weeks away on holiday. Then I got back and have been jet lagged and nursing a cold.
On the booze front things are about the same for me. I was moderate while away except 1 night, meant to go AF again when I got back as part of my renewed weightloss efforts. And caved the first evening when OH came in with wine.
I can resist anything except temptation.
Can't eat curry so I will pass on that part of the plan at least. May come to Waterloo to say howdy in a safe, non curry environment!
I am very out of touch with what's been going on here.
I am very impressed with the 100 day challengers - good luck!!0 -
